Suspected Harasser Questioned: 'However Imagine I Could Be Madeleine?'
A female indicted with harassing Kate McCann apparently recorded her a recorded message which asked: "imagine I am Madeleine?"
Julia Wandelt, twenty-four, who court testimony revealed has repeatedly claimed she was the disappeared Madeleine McCann, and Karen Spragg are standing trial accused with pursuing Kate and Gerry McCann from June 2022 and February this year.

A separate voicemail, presented in court, recorded Ms Wandelt stating: "I understand I'm heavy and unattractive like Madeleine was, but I feel what I believe."
While one recording of Ms Wandelt's one-way conversations with Mrs McCann's voicemail expressed: "Suppose there is a tiny probability that I am Madeleine? What then? Isn't that crucial for you?"
"I am not seeking money, I have a existence here in Poland, I simply desire to discover," the message continued.
The panel was informed that through emails, text messages and calls, Ms Wandelt demanded a DNA test, forwarded childhood photos to her phone in a effort to demonstrate a resemblance to Mrs McCann's vanished daughter, and claimed to have "flashbacks" from a youth with the McCanns.
Robert Jones, a data specialist with the police force who gathered the evidence, informed the court there "seemed to lack any responses" from Mrs McCann.
